How to treat hair naturally - Damaged hair is caused by various factors. Although salon hair care remains an option for treating damaged hair, it's a good idea to try using natural ingredients that are safer and easier to obtain. Here are 10 ways to deal with damaged hair that can be done alone at home.

1. Olive Oil

Good olive oil to restore damaged hair. Rich in fatty acids, several types of antioxidants and vitamin E, olive oil improves the hair layer by providing moisture to the hair cuticles. Olive oil can protect hair from permanent damage.

Sort your head every day or at least three times a week with heated coconut oil. Leave overnight before washing using shampoo the next morning.

In addition, you can mix 3 large blades of coconut oil that have been heated with 1/4 honey bee cup. The mixture is then stirred and then smeared on the hair. Leave for 20 to 30 minutes before washing using lukewarm water. Do it once or twice a week. 

6. Banana can also be used to repair damaged hair. 

Rich in potassium, vitamins, natural oils and the moisture contained in bananas helps soften hair and increase hair certainty. Remove a ripe banana and lubricate it on the hair. Leave it for an hour before washing using lukewarm water. In addition, you can provide juice from bananas that are already ripe along with a large blade of honey, coconut oil and, olive oil.
